I have a rather complicated home theater setup. After an electrical storm, the connection between the TV and the cable box would not function. Comcast came and said that there was a problem with the HDMI cable that went through the walls, under the floor, and up through another wall and that it would have to be replaced (yikes!). The Geek Squad said they could come in a week and a half.
Within 3 minutes of submitting the request to HomeAdvisor, Rick called me. He was at my house 45 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem (there was nothing wrong with HDMI cable). Said he would need to order a new component and would return to replace it. Which he did within two days. The whole thing was under $300, including cost of the equipment and his time.
I would not hesitate to use Rick again at Cape Cod Office Consultants. They don’t do just offices.
